2026 LIHEAP Monthly Income Limits – North Dakota
New for 2026, households in Grand Forks, Walsh, and Pembina may qualify for heating assistance at higher income levels than in past years.
Note: These are example figures. Always confirm final limits with your local LIHEAP office or through our Quick Qualification Check.
1-Person Household
$3,100 / month
If your gross monthly income is at or below this amount, you may qualify for LIHEAP support.
2-Person Household
$4,050 / month
Includes the combined income of all adults in the home before taxes and deductions.
4-Person Household
$5,900 / month
